Located on second floor in a middle last century building, in a small and modest community. The apartment is quiet and lightly. Has been recently full renovated using best qualities. No lift. Common roof-terrace with views of the Giralda and nearby churchs.
Next Menendez Pelayo Av. with cicular bus and other lines. About 15 min. from the railway station "Santa Justa" and a short distance from the busstop terminal from the airport. A bike-line also connects with all sectors and best interested areas or places of the city.
