This web page contains information about the proposal of exchange of our house in "El Puerto de Santa María" (Cádiz), in the region of Andalusia in the sunny Southern of Spain. Also you could to know all about the access and closer services.
Our house is placed in "El Puerto de Santa María" to 3 km to the center of the town, in the road to Rota, and to 300 meters of Santa Catalina's beach. It is located to 15 km. of Jerez de la Frontera, to 24 km. of CÁDIZ(Capital of the Country), one of the oldest cities in occident.
El Puerto is located in the center of the Bay of Cádiz, surrounded of other important cities like San Fernando, Sanlucar of Barrameda, Rota, Chiclana, Puerto Real, etc.
It is also located to 120 km. of SEVILLE, 150 km of Morocco (3 hours, included the ferry), and 300 km. of South of Portugal. There are good highways, freeways, railroads and airports.

El Puerto de Santa
María is an old and great city of long and right streets, it´s equipped with all the services: big commercial centres, restaurants, countless tapeo
bars, clubs, cinemas, discopubs, and with important monuments,
Also, there are extensive beaches, aquatic park, casino, popular parties, extraordinary cellars, bullring, museums, etc. During the whole
year carry out an important cultural activity, especially during the summer time, where it can see concerts, exhibitions, theatre, bullfights, flamenco and all kind of shows.
In El Puerto de Santa María there is a typical ship, "El Vapor" It cross the Bay
several times a day going to Cadiz. Their voyage is very typical for the visitor. The itinerary is carried out from the port of this city, located
in the outlet of the Guadalete river and the port of Cádiz, very next to downtown and its spend 45 minutes. |

Our house it is located in the called area El Ancla (The Anchor), Proa St. nº 12. It is a house of recent construction. It has two floors, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, laundry, two porches and private parking.
There's wide garden areas common with pool. The house is equipped with all the appliances: Air conditioned in ground floor, washer machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwaves, TV-Sat, DVD, Videorecorder, HiFi, telephone (+34) 956.48.1437, computer and internet.

Our proposal include possible cars exchange. We have two cars, one small car, Peugeot 206 1400 Diesel quitte new and another one bigger car, Lancia Dedra, both air-conditioned.
